The Operator processes personal data by performing an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, and dissemination of personal data.
The Operator takes all measures stipulated by Part 2 of Article 18.1 and Part 1 of Article 19 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data." In particular:

7. User Rights
The User has the right to request from the Operator at any time the information provided for in Part 7 of Article 14 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" by email: Info@freemom.shop with the note "Request for own personal data."
If inaccuracies are identified in personal data, the User may update or correct them independently by sending a notification to the email address Info@freemom.shop.
The consent provided by the User in accordance with this Policy for the processing of personal data is effective from the date of its provision and remains in force until the User withdraws such consent, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a properly signed notification to the email address Info@freemom.shop with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data." Upon receipt of such notification, the Operator will cease processing personal data no later than 30 (thirty) days.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

• To independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations provided for by the Law on Personal Data and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws.

The Operator is obliged:

• To provide the subject of personal data, upon their request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
• To organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
• To respond to appeals and requests from subjects of personal data and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;
• To provide the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data with the necessary information within 10 days from the date of receipt of such a request;
• To publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
• To take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions regarding personal data;
• To cease the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, cease processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and cases provided for by the Law on Personal Data;
• To fulfill other obligations provided for by the Law on Personal Data.

9. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons who have gained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose to third parties and not to disseminate personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

10. Conditions for Termination of Personal Data Processing (depending on which event occurs earlier):

• Cessation of the Operator's activities;
• Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by the subject of personal data (User), unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Achievement of the purposes of processing personal data.

11. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data is not carried out.

The Operator has the right to make changes to the Operator's Policy regarding the processing of personal data without the User's consent by posting a new version at: https://freemom.shop/.
